Absolutely exceptional service! Dave, Joe, and Rob did an incredible job removing my Tesla Cybertruck from a mall parking garage with only 6'6" of clearance. It was an extremely challenging situation, but these guys handled it like true professionals.<br><br>They were careful, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. They took every precaution to make sure the Cybertruck was removed safely and without any damage. Their teamwork and experience really stood out.<br><br>A huge thank you to Dave, Joe, and Rob for going above and beyond! You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers and their vehicles.<br><br>I highly recommend this towing company and especially this amazing team.

My brother's car was impounded due to a clerical error regarding his registration and insurance. He has court tomorrow to deal with this, but needed his birth certificate and social out of the car. When we went to retrieve his personal belongings, the staff refused unless we signed a disposal form for the vehicle. Occupants have the legal right to their personal items; attempting to hold property hostage to force a signature is completely predatory. Luckily the NAPD backed us on this and we got our stuff.<br><br>I don't think they're necessarily bad people or a bad company as a whole, but I'm just giving this rating as to what my experience was. I'm sure they have given a dozen times more good experiences so we are just one of the few outliers.
