  Updating my review because I am very disappointed at what recently happened. My lease was up for renewal, and it was a 5% increase. I spoke to the management who gave me hopes that they could do something. Well they waited long enough that the "60 day notification to move out" deadline passed, and then told me they couldn't do anything because the garbage rent deciding software (which will be illegal in 2027 btw) decided that my rent should go up 5% for no reason.<br><br>The best part about this place is the maintenance guys. They are super nice and usually fix things very quickly. If they don't do something or miss something, they apologize and come back and fix whatever they missed. They are literally the best reason why I continued to rent here.<br><br>That said there are quite a few cons to the pros:<br><br>1. I have an indoor parking space, but their garage has a stupid design with OPEN WINDOWS so all the dust, bird crap, and leaves fly in. So even though my car is indoors, within

We understand how frustrating it can be to search for a package. Our team constantly requests the delivery drivers place packages in the package concierge system so residents are properly notified, but this is ultimately on the delivery personnel to execute accordingly.   Simon and Ariel were fantastic! They were friendly, professional, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate their great work. Thank you both!<br>I would also like to sincerely thank the leasing agents, Maureen and Aiden, for making my move into Vermella as smooth and stress free as possible. They are incredibly caring, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness made the entire leasing and move-in process so much easier. I truly appreciate everything they did and am grateful for such a wonderful experience.

  Great place to live, been here going on 2 years and can't complain. Management and maintenance are great and Simon is the man, super reliable for any maintenance request usually same day.
