  The prices are competitive and the free vacuum is an unrivaled bonus. Why would I pay the same price at some nearby establishments only to get less for my money? I am a repeat customer and I have recommended this car wash to everyone.

  I've been coming to Fort Lee Car Wash for over a year now, and I honestly don't see myself going anywhere else. What keeps me coming back isn't just the fact that my car always comes out clean -- it's the people working here. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and respectful, and you can tell they actually care about the work they're doing.<br><br>A lot of places just try to get your car through as quickly as possible and move on to the next customer. Here, I've never really felt like that. They work efficiently, but they don't make you feel like they're just trying to do the bare minimum and get you out of there. They actually take their time and pay attention to the details, which makes a big difference. You can see that they take pride in what they do.<br><br>I also appreciate how they treat customers. They're always polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming. Of course, I think customers should give the same respect back -- the staff work hard, and being

  I'm here every week. I usually get just the basic wash, exterior only. At the end of the wash I just drive out. I don't need the Jeep dried or vacuumed.<br>Today I paid a little more because it included getting my wheels cleaned and they needed it. I watched the attendant spend 5 minutes with the Cadillac in front of me clean his wheels with a broom and I expected the same. This did not happen and my wheels are just as dirty as when I entered. I questioned the attendant and his answer was that the machines miss them. When I asked him why he didn't clean my wheels as he did the Caddie he told me because the Caddie paid $39.00.<br>Now I don't want more than I paid for, but I'm not willing to accept less. There is no decernable difference between the silver and the basic package. Telling me the machine missed it isn't an excuse. I really expected the service I paid for, like I said I'm here every week.

  Horrible service. I had a passenger make a mess in the back. So I came here to get a full service $30 and they avoided cleaning the one spot in the interior that actually needed cleaning. They said I needed to pay more for detailing when it was the interior that needed cleaning. I asked to speak to a manager for clarity on how that doesn't include the interior service. It's the last time I come here . Don't come if you want a job done halfway. I was told by an employee they didn't have their number .

  Hi Amauris, the $30 full service covers vacuuming and washing the rubber/plastic mats. The passenger vomited in your car, and we made every effort to remove all the vomit from the floor. We then informed you that this was the best cleaning we could provide and advised you to take the car to a detail center, as this service isn't available at the car wash.
