I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic shop. The customer service was rude and unprofessional, and I did not feel respected as a customer. I was charged more than I expected and did not feel the pricing was explained clearly or handled fairly.<br><br>A good mechanic should provide honest communication, fair pricing, and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. I hope this feedback encourages better customer service and transparency in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Hackensack Auto Wreckers.<br><br>From start to finish, the communication, honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing were outstanding. In a world where it's easy to feel like you're being upsold or pressured into unnecessary repairs, these guys took the exact opposite approach. They took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and focus on what actually made sense for my vehicle.<br><br>Oscar did an exceptional job managing the entire project. His communication was excellent, he kept me informed throughout the process, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The paint work came out fantastic, and the overall attention to detail was impressive.<br><br>Chip was incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
