Daniel is an excellent home inspector. I can say with certainty he will uncover any and every issues a house may have or pose in the future. He is thorough in his inspection and will go over in detail with you on what he uncovers. I learned so much about the house I was trying to buy! Daniel has set the bar so high that I wouldn't trust any other inspector other than him for my next home!

I've requested Dan's services on 2 occasions and his experience I feel is unmatched. He is thorough in his inspections and provides insight and knowledge throughout the process. His reports come in a timely manner, within at least a day or 2 at most from the day of your appointment. I would highly recommend his services if you're in need of a home inspection. Fantastic service and overall a great guy.

Dan was so thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and even offered his assistance at any point moving forward. His report was completed quickly and he really wants to make this process as easy as possible for you. He is very personable and funny. I highly recommend him.
