  I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was outstanding. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly. I had the opportunity to work with Robin. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind during my visit! She goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a positive experience.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Robin Stock at Lexus of Englewood. Robin is an excellent service advisor and always makes sure I'm taken care of whenever I bring my Lexus in for service.<br><br>Robin is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly, actually takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Great customer service can be hard to find, but Robin consistently goes above and beyond and makes the whole service process easy and stress free.<br><br>If you're bringing your vehicle to Lexus of Englewood for service, I definitely recommend asking for Robin Stock. 5-star service all around.   We bought 2 Lexus because of your employees. Cars and mechanics are same anywhere. It's people that make the difference where you are better than any other car dealers. From the time I am greeted upon pulling into the Service department followed by Grace, Luis, Robin and the rest. Besides your excellent Mechanics, nobody talks about the Parts department being least visible tucked away at the lower level. They are also a top notch. Please continue to recognize all your staff's contributions to Darcars brand name.
