I lived with extended family in the mid 1940s just after WW2. in a two story house opposite St. John Church and School. We were on the corner of Harrison and Broad. I attended St. John School 1st grade 1947-48 directly across Harrison from us. My 1st grade teacher was Sister Concordia, who signed my final report card with " Be a good boy Kenneth and God will reward you".<br>I still have that report card Our parish priest there at that time was Father Peter. My childhood friends who lived close by included Gilbert Raposo and Duncan Evans. So long ago...such vividly beautiful childhood memories.<br><br>The house I lived in.
