Very disappointing experience with Stephanie J. Dos Santos. About a month ago, I was left waiting for 2 hours and 45 minutes for a pediatric appointment, with no proper explanation and no professional apology. I chose to give the office another chance, thinking it might have been an isolated incident.<br><br>Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again today. Extremely long wait times, poor organization, and very weak communication. On top of that, the staff was not transparent. the information they provided kept changing, which made the situation even more frustrating.<br><br>When it comes to children's healthcare, parents' time and kids' well-being should be respected. This office showed a lack of professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend this practice.
