The company cleaned our wool and hand-knotted Oriental rugs. The team gave us a free in-home estimate, checked each rug, and described the cleaning steps thoroughly. We agreed to the quote, and they handled the furniture with care before rolling up the rugs. A week later, they delivered them back spotless and smelling fresh. They laid everything back just right.
