  We had such a great experience working with this print shop. From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely excited to help bring our project to life. As a small business creating a monthly date night mail subscription, we had a lot of questions about paper types, sizing, and print quality. They took the time to walk us through all of our options, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure everything turned out exactly how we envisioned.<br><br>The print quality exceeded our expectations, and you can really tell they care about their work and their customers. It's not easy finding a shop that's both knowledgeable and kind, but they truly are.<br><br>We're looking forward to printing many more projects with them in the future.   Customer service 0 stars if I could. Do not listen to the hours as stated on google. They are supposed to be open 9-5 and they close whenever they want. My husband went here for 13 5x7 invitation style seating chart arrangement and was told they would be able to do it. He returned the day of at 4pm and they were closed but sent an email to confirm we liked the draft. The next day we went back to the store as promised they would be done the following day and they were closed at 3pm. No one answered the phone all day and we sent 3 emails as to which we still have not received a response. Would not be going back here again.
