  I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality tints, very honest and thorough work. They took the time didn't rush and did an excellent job on my Jetta!! I will definitely be coming back in the future to get my windshield done

  Worst experience I've ever had with a tint shop. I trusted them with my brand new Tesla and completely regret it. The work was sloppy, rushed, and nowhere near the quality they advertise. On top of that, the customer service was terrible they were dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly didn't care about fixing their mistakes. For the price they charge, this is unacceptable. (If you own a Tesla, stay far away from this place.) They do not have the skill or professionalism to handle it.

  We take feedback seriously, but we also believe in being fair and accurate. Your vehicle was worked on for approximately 4 hours. You're claiming the work being sloppy and rushed. The picture you took of the bubbles was not even 24 hours after the install. It could've easily been squeegeed out and fixed. You did not allow the film to even cure as we instructed you to do. We even went as far as offering a full refund in an effort to resolve your concerns, which is not something we take lightly. H

  I had an amazing experience with Backyard Tints in Hackensack! From start to finish, the service was professional, quick, and super friendly. They really know what they're doing, the tint came out flawless with no bubbles or imperfections. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail.

  3rd car done with 2 at Paterson location first time at Hackensack don't fail to impress Emelyn was an absolute charm also helped with my service center windows as well she was extremely helpful and outgoing all needs car/buildings come see her and see what I'm talking about 10/10

  Got my tints done here earlier today on my brand new jeep. The woman in the front was so helpful and sweet!! She gave me a better idea on my tints in order to keep it dark but still being able to see out of my front windshield. She suggested i did 3% on the back 3 windows, 5% on the two front, and 15% on the windshield instead of 5% all around. I did this with the carbon tint and im absolutely obsessed!! I was in and out in an hour and its super affordable compared to other places that are overpriced in my opinion. Overall, service was amazing and quick and they even put reminder stickers to not roll down your window which I love!!
