Just came across this cafe this morning and it smelled so amazing in there! Got a cardamom rose latte and will be coming back to try all the baked goods. My new favorite coffee shop in town

I visited the shop on a Saturday, two weeks before my event, to order some cookies. The employee took my information and asked me to email the details and design images, which I did that same day. I received a brief reply stating they couldn't accept the order. When I emailed back to ask about alternatives, I got no response. I called the shop, and while the employee was kind and took my number for a callback from the owner, no one reached out. I called again the next day and still received no response. Now, it is too late to place an order elsewhere. Highly irresponsible and very disappointing customer service.

In the initial email, we made it clear we do not do custom cookies (nor have we ever) but we could accommodate you with our current menu. You never replied. Everything we've gotten here has been fresh and delicious. Highlights include the burrata sandwich, blueberry masa cookie, key lime pie, almond cookie, scones, cinnamon rolls and the frangipane tart the cherry matcha is also very good, especially with a pump of lavender syrup. I would highly suggest!
