I brought my vehicle into ETD Hackensack after having an oil change and regular maintenance done elsewhere, followed by my A/C failing a week later. I wanted to make sure everything from the previous service was done correctly. Perry and Danny were beyond helpful, compassionate, and transparent from start to finish.<br><br>They identified a potential issue that was outside ETD's scope of repair, and Danny went above and beyond by recommending where and how to get it taken care of.<br><br>A huge thank you to Danny, Perry, and the team at ETD Hackensack for always being knowledgeable, respectful, and honest. Even though I'm posting this review now, I've been bringing my car here for years and will continue to do so for years to come.<br><br>If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Great experience at ETD Discount Tire Center in Hackensack. Don't let the name fool you, they offer more than tire services, and the staff is always open to helping with additional needs if you ask. I was helped by Renato, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. He listened carefully, explained things clearly, and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I left feeling confident in the service and grateful for the care. I definitely recommend ETD for honest, respectful, and reliable help. I will definitely be back, you've earned a forever customer. Hope you don't get tired of me. Lol. Keep up the great work guys.
