  Don't go to this place for kids eye care. It is a scam. Their billing is problematic. They charge you extra money, more than you owe. What's worse is their front desk always takes forever to answer the phone. So you are stuck in a bad situation when arguing the payments or billing. Will not go back again!Would not recommend this place.

  I NEVER write reviews. This is how disappointed I am in the customer service at this facility! I had to call 2-3 times to get through to someone. When I finally got through to someone. I asked about the forms that needed to be filled out! They both confirmed I could read the forms online and sign in PERSON! I get to the window and a woman asks where are the forms? I told her what they told me. Mind you, we waited 4 weeks for an appointment! She basically said we were late and had to reschedule. No one ever said to print to forms!! I heard her talking to the doctor in the corner asking "if he was a baby?" She says "no he is not a baby!!" Then proceeds to say you're going to have to reschedule and suggested that I forgot to print the forms! Why would I wait 30 days if someone told me to print forms! I have never been so upset. The professionalism is non existent!

  Drove 2 1/2 hrs to see Dr Guterman and boy I'll drive a day if I have to. He's the best, kind, respectful human being. Best ophthalmologist doc in NJ. My kids love him. Office staff so nice and welcoming. Will recommend him to anyone. Thanks again for your time and effort in taking care of my kids.

  Very disappointing experience. Our child's appointment was scheduled for 4:15 PM, and we arrived early. After a paperwork issue was resolved, we still weren't seen until around 5:00 PM.<br><br>While waiting, it appeared that patients who arrived late were being taken before those who had arrived on time, which caused significant delays. The waiting room was full of frustrated parents with young children who were becoming tired and cranky.<br><br>After our child was seen, her eyes were dilated, and we were told to wait 20 minutes before the doctor returned. That 20 minute wait turned into well over 30 minutes with no updates. When we politely asked about the delay, there was little communication or concern for the fact that we had a one-year-old who had already been waiting for nearly two hours.<br><br>We were finally finished and able to leave around 6:00 PM, meaning a 4:15 PM appointment lasted nearly two hours despite arriving early.<br><br>The doctor was kind, professional, and we h

  Had a really bad experience with his office. Since I was a new patient, they did not yet confirm insurance coverage. So they asked me to write down my credit card number in paper so they can charge me in case the insurance company does not cover it. I declined since it's against PCI compliance. So they said I can't leave until I pay the amount in full and they will reimburse me. Had to call several times after the insurance already paid them to get the money back (minus the absurd 5% commission for cc which is more than the 3% cc companies charge). Finally got a check back a month later. Obviously guided by the doctor. Would not recommend to ANYONE.
