  Waited a few weeks before writing this because I wanted to truly see how things unfolded. As a Black woman over 55, I was honestly unsure if folks unfamiliar with my hair texture could really understand what I was dealing with--especially when it came to traction alopecia and thinning. But from day one, Suzanne and Dr. Ana made it clear we were in this together, and that healing would only happen if I committed to myself & the process. After my very first ozone session, the burning and itching in my scalp calmed down significantly, and with each step of the regimen--daily serum sprays, consistent washing and conditioning--my hair has slowly but steadily thickened. This journey has helped me see just how right Suzanne was: it really is all about the scalp. I'm so grateful for their care and truly recommend them if you're serious about healing.

  Energy Zone is amazing. They are professional, knowledgeable and extremely passionate about what they do. I have been going there for my neck pain for the last few months and have seen tremendous results with pain relief.

  Svetlana and Suzanne are amazing. I came into this center a Broken person. I had seen four different doctors and had gone through some very expensive treatments for hair loss. NO ONE could help me. I had my first treatment and evaluation in November. And now after my fourth treatment yesterday, my hair is growing in stronger and healthier. Thank you so much ladies, you truly have made me whole again.

  It was an uncomfortable visit. During my consultation the door was wide open during providing little privacy. There was a lack of professionalism there. I was told I would have a follow up call on my visit. Even after I emailed asking for a call to follow up there was no response. This wasn't a good experience for me especially at the price point.

  Highly recommend for anyone experiencing any issues with your scalp and hair ! My hair was thinning, brittle and simply damaged .I have been working with Suzanne for the past few months and am very happy with the results! I have been using hair products recommended along with ozone treatments. My hair is soft, silky feels so much healthier and stronger. Visibly less shedding as well. Very happy with the results and looking forward to being able to grow my hair again!
