  I had a great experience with ElitePC and highly recommend them! Ken was awesome from start to finish. I told him what I was looking for in a gaming PC, and he walked me through exactly what parts to buy and made the entire process incredibly easy.<br><br>Once I had everything, Ken was quick with the build and got my PC up and running without any hassle. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made what could have been a complicated process feel simple.<br><br>If you're looking to build a gaming PC and want someone who knows what they're doing and will guide you through the entire process, definitely check out ElitePC and ask for Ken.   Ken helped me fix CPU overheating problem with my PC. It was a mini-ITX case with a manufacturer specific water cooler that was not available on the market anymore. Instead of giving up and asking me to move to a new PC, Ken did his own research and found the perfect CPU cooler that would fit in very tight space of my mini-ITX PC. Also, when I said I want to upgrade a few other components while he was fixing the CPU cooler, he gave really good advice on what I should and shouldn't get based on my aging PC hardware. He wasn't trying to upsell me or charge me for anything I didn't need. He was very upfront about the cost and his due diligence saved my entire PC and potentially thousands of dollars that I would have spent in getting a new one. Highly recommend!

  Great experience with this hardware repair by ElitePC Nj. They came out for a power fan replacement and handled everything the same day.   I had a great experience getting my PC repaired here. My RTX 3090 Ti was giving me issues. Ken correctly diagnosed it as a faulty PSU and replaced it. My GPU is now running perfectly fine. He also did a thorough test to ensure everything is working fine. Would highly recommend to anyone dealing with tricky PC issues.
