I cannot recommend attorney Michael Baer and his paralegal, Cathy Green, highly enough. From my very first call--which actually took place on a holiday, yet Michael picked up the phone himself--right through to the successful conclusion of my real estate transaction, my experience was absolutely fantastic.<br><br>Navigating real estate transactions can be stressful, but they made me feel extremely comfortable from start to finish. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, and I truly appreciated their patience in answering all of my questions (even the ones I thought were "dumb") without a second thought.<br><br>Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. I am incredibly grateful for their help and would not hesitate to leverage their services again in the future!
