I went here to see a band on a Friday night. Let me start with the positives: the venue was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The sound mixing and lighting was excellent, and the venue has great acoustics.<br><br>Now, the negatives. The venue has a no reentry policy, which is silly. Hand stamps and wristbands are remarkably cheap, especially in comparison to the $50+ per ticket we paid. (It would literally cost $10 for enough wristbands for the entire venue for one night!) There were always 2-3 staff on the door at all times. It would be completely logistically possible, and it makes no sense to me to inconvenience customers in this way.<br><br>The venue was filled to maybe half capacity, but it quickly got absurdly hot. The air conditioning was wholly inadequate for a show filled to half capacity; I can't imagine what a nightmare it would be at full capacity.<br><br>Drinks are on the pricier side. Fantastic venue. Been coming here many years. Seen some Fantastic bands. Prices are low in comparison of other clubs. Liquor selections not the best. Food is fantastic and the staff is the best i dealt with in any club.

Nice place to see a show. Drinks a on pricey side. Sound upstairs in the booths leaves a bit to be desired. Needs some sound absorbing material on the back wall to help with sound reflection. Sound down stairs and forward of the booths was fine.
