  If you're looking for a real estate agent, we 100% recommend Tyler. My husband and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had him in our corner throughout our first home-buying experience. We initially found him through his YouTube channel and his videos were really informative and helpful in having us get a feel for the different towns in Bergen County and get a solid grasp of the home-buying process.<br><br>Tyler brings so much to the table. He's professional, super smart, and incredibly patient but maybe more importantly, he's genuinely enjoyable to be around. Nobody wants to spend hours walking through dozens of houses in awkward silence We loved having Tyler during walk-throughs to point out things to watch out for and be mindful of.   Taylor made my first home buying experience feel a lot less overwhelming. What stood out most was his transparency, resourcefulness, and how knowledgeable he is about the entire process.<br><br>He didn't just guide me he made sure I actually understood what was happening at every step, which gave me a lot of confidence in my decisions. Anytime something came up, he always had a solution or a way to move things forward.<br><br>If you're buying your first home, you want someone like Taylor on your side.   We cannot recommend Tyler Sellers from 2 Win Realty enough! Throughout our home buying process, Tyler has proven himself to be a caring, decent, hard-working person who genuinely wants you to find a home that is right for you. He was always reachable, patiently explained every process to us, gave reasonable expectations for us with our price range, calmed our nerves when we were anxious, and was there every step of the way. His deep knowledge of the NJ market, home maintenance, and enthusiasm make him an amazing realtor, especially getting our forever home for $15k under asking!<br><br>We contacted him originally because we found a house we were interested in, but we had absolutely nothing prepared. He quickly stepped in to explain the possibility of this home, pros and cons, and what he suggested for bidding. After our preapproval, he immediately submitted an offer on our behalf with the necessary paperwork. Frankly, we didn't listen, bid too low, and he was correct that we would be i
