Been doing personal training with Lance for 5 months and I'm so happy with results. Lance is professional, knowledgeable and has the right amount of "push" especially on the days I'm feeling lazy. I feel challenged with every workout. Highly recommend Lance and the UFC gym whether you're looking for a personal trainer or workout classes.
