  Our experience with Donny Yoon in Fort Lee was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We had a scheduled appointment to view Unit 1503 at 300 Winston Drive in Cliffside Park, NJ. Upon arrival, the building's doorman explicitly permitted us to wait in the lobby, which we did respectfully while awaiting Danny's arrival.<br>However, Danny refused to show us the apartment simply because we had waited in the lobby instead of following his personal preference or "rule," which had not been clearly communicated beforehand. This response was unreasonable and unnecessarily rigid.<br>More concerning was his behavior toward our realtor, whom he treated with noticeable rudeness and disrespect. Professional courtesy and basic communication were completely lacking.<br>Refusing a showing under these circumstances reflects poorly on his professionalism and raises serious concerns about how he conducts business. We would strongly caution others to consider this experience before working with him.<b
