  I went to this place to ask if they had studios or one-bedroom apartments available, and the man at the front desk arrogantly replied--before I had even asked about the price--"Look, buddy, it's very expensive here; rent costs is over $5,000."<br>That really bothered me; it shouldn't matter to *him* how much it costs--I'm the one who needs to care about it.<br>He has no idea whether I can afford it or not.<br>He implied that, based on my appearance, I wouldn't be able to afford a studio or apartment costing $5,000 or more.<br>That made me feel very uncomfortable.<br>That is racism.

  I'd recommend One William to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with plenty of great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

  Do Not live at One William. The property managers onsite are very difficult to work with. Trust me. Don't bother. I moved out and had a package accidentally sent there. I spoke to one of the managers and she stated they had it and I could pick it up. I went to get it a few days later and she informed me that she told someone to ship it back. That was so rude and unnecessary (especially because they had all of my information). This is one of many instances.
