Brand new equipment, brand new juice bar. Fantastic people and owner and great place to focus on your goals without anyone disrupting your work out. The price is pretty good for what they offer. I'm a current member volunteering to give my honest review of this gym

This gym has a great variety of machines, plenty of space and a great spot in the middle of town which is convenient for me and my workout buddies to stop in. Harold is nice

USA Strong Fitness has changed so much for the better! The gym is spacious, clean, and has all the equipment you need for a great workout. The hours are excellent, and the atmosphere is amazing. Highly recommend!
