    How many times do I have to point out the coffee grinds in the hot water before you do something? This keeps happening, and apologies are no longer acceptable, do better.

    Every morning, I greet the staff with a smile and say, "Good morning." Even when we make direct eye contact, most of the female staff members never respond or acknowledge my greeting. This hasn't happened just once or twice--it happens every single morning.<br>The only exception is Jonathan. He is always friendly, welcoming, and greet me warmly, which I truly appreciate.

    Poor service.. ordered broccoli cheddar fritta 2 separate times and both times gave me the one with bacon. Once through drive through the other in person..I guess go here if you want your order wrong
