  I wouldn't trust my dog to<br>Be groomed by anyone else. They are kind and gentle and do an excellent job of grooming and clipping. He's always happy to see his new friend at Bone Jour and that says a lot.

  Bone Jour Dog Grooming is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the team was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took such great care of my dog and made the whole experience stress-free.<br><br>The grooming itself was top-notch - my pup looked (and smelled!) amazing afterward. The cut was perfectly done, super clean, and exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell they pay attention to the details and truly care about the dogs they work with.<br><br>It's such a relief to find a groomer you trust completely. Highly recommend Bone Jour to any dog parent looking for quality grooming and kind, professional service. We'll definitely be regulars!

  Many of us in Ridgefield and the surrounding towns were very disappointed to learn that Patty D. is no longer with Bonjour after so many years of loyal service. For many customers, Patty was Bonjour -- her warmth, professionalism, and commitment to customers are what kept people coming back.<br><br>In any business, great employees who genuinely represent your brand and community are incredibly hard to replace. Letting go of someone who built so many relationships over the years is a decision that many customers simply don't understand.<br><br>Our loyalty has always been as much to Patty as to the store itself, and many in the community will continue to support her wherever she goes next.<br><br>We wish Patty nothing but success and thank her for the many years she made shopping at Bonjour such a pleasant experience.<br><br>I do not recommend this groomer and if anyone knows Patti as I do Patti was Bon Jour

  I was very sad to hear that they fired Patti Donahue. She was a longtime employee and a gem of a person. When my dog got sprayed in the face by a skunk at 9pm one night, Patti was able to be reached by phone to walk me through what to do. She really cares about her clients. She deserves better than to be suddenly fired.
