  Mr. Banks is one of the best attorneys I've ever worked with. He got me released from jail and even met with me on a Sunday, which is something most lawyers wouldn't do.<br><br>After I explained my situation, he told me he believed he could negotiate a favorable deal, and he delivered exactly that. Throughout the entire process, his communication was excellent. Although he's a busy attorney with many clients, he takes the time to give each person the attention they deserve.<br><br>I was originally facing around five years, but thanks to Mr. Banks' hard work, I walked away with just one year of probation. I know every case is different and results will vary, but one thing I can say with confidence is that Mr. Banks will fight for you and do everything he can to achieve the best possible outcome.<br><br>If you're looking for an attorney who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his clients, I highly recommend Mr. Banks.   Made a call to the them with a legal situation (possible scam) They were courteous, professional and they sniffed out the scammed and gave me great directions. Highly recommend Attny Margaret Dolan and her staff!!!

  Not even the slightest professionalism from this "lawyer". Radio silence before scheduled trial. Arrived late to court on the day of trial. Expect to get billed by someone who puts zero effort into your case.

  I hired this attorney (a few thousand dollars) for a criminal case as the defendant. If my life depended on it I would NOT hire him again, not because how the case ended but how his demeanor and attitude was. He was condescending and down right dismissive. For instance he never answers the phone, initially in the beginning he would but as time goes on and checks clear he responds a day or 2 later, you want a lawyer who is readily available especially when his phone is in his hands 24/7!!! He would send you discovery and say we can discuss in a few days! Well why send it to me while I'm on vacation knowing that and not when you're ready to discuss it. That gave me anxiety the whole time I was on vacation. Then ask him what a deposition is he literally would talk to me like I'm dumb. I legit didn't know the difference from a disposition and deposition so I asked him when we would have a deposition conference he was demeaning when he explained.
