  honestly, not great product. I purchased the motorized pool cover because I had younger children. I was advised against installing this because I was told that it would break down and always require maintenance. Well...I guess I shouldn't be surprised with the results. It broker down within 2 years, I emailed the manufacturer, they sent a technician to check out what happened. They sent me an invoice for a service call, stated they would have to check whether it was under warrantee and haven't gotten back to me in 4 months, despite repeated follow ups. So basically the entire summer. What's amazing to me is that this is supposed to be a product that is used primarily to protect younger children from drowning...yet for 4 months I couldn't close my cover or get a response from them despite the urgency that was really needed here. After 4 months (now September), they reached back out stating that the cover is not under warrantee.<br><br>I left 2 stars because when it worked, it was benefi

  UPDATE 2: again, great service from Coversafe and Reinaldo and Mike in particular. They replaced the cover (as is required every several years) - did an excellent job. We continue to wholeheartedly recommend them.<br><br>UPDATE: We continue to get great service from Coversafe. The past couple of years Reinaldo has maintained the system very effectively and throughly. They offer appointments in good time and always come exactly as planned. We continue to recommend them, and Reinaldo in particular<br><br>PREVIOUSLY: Sheldon and Julian promptly resolved the issue with a stuck cover and carefully rechecked and adjusted all components, explaining everything in detail. We really appreciated their clarity and professionalism. We would definitely recommend Coversafe who we have used for many years, and Sheldon and Julian in particular.

  Every step of the way was easy and seamless with coversafe. From my first interaction to following up on an issue we (thought) we had, we could not be happier that we found this company. Both Sarah and Reinaldo are friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We moved into a house with a cover installed so we really didn't know much about the product or its maintenance and am grateful to have found the right company to help us.
