I experienced something unpleasurable because l washed two loads. Added the same amount of liquid detergent into the correct compartments for the pre and main washes and machine 32 was NOT producing any suds while machine 33 was.<br><br>I immediately informed the older asian worker who usually is behind the counter and she told me it may be because the clothes absorbed the detergent, as if water wont make some suds when mixing with soap... Made absolutely no sense, aside from the fact that l always wash the same clothes the same way and needless to say, suds are produced! I told her the machine may be broken and she said she couldnt help nor accommodate me.<br><br>After the wash my clothes smelled the same, but wet. Of course l let her know my suspicions were correct...She still did not care to help and only said she doesn't have the authority. When l asked for who has the authority she responded she is working right now and couldn't do anymore...<br><br>I have never seen someone so un
