  HB Pharmacy deserves recognition for its outstanding compassion and professionalism, especially for anyone who needs veterinary medication compounding for their pet.<br><br>My dog is a critically ill, geriatric, almost 16-year-old with severe gastrointestinal disease, and she urgently needed a compounded medication because the standard dose was far too high for her. She had just been hospitalized, and they did not carry the lower dose or have any way to get it for me within a day.<br><br>I called more than 10 compounding pharmacies and was willing to travel anywhere to obtain this medication, but every one of them told me I would have to wait until Monday and that it would take at least a one day to prepare.<br><br>HB Pharmacy was the only pharmacy willing to help immediately. Their willingness to step in during such a critical moment meant everything to us. They prepared the medication right away, and I was able to pick it up, same day and within an hour.   I have been going to this Pharmacy for several years and have always been met with kindness, compassion, and support. I have run into issues with doctors and the staff went out of their way to recommend a doctor to me, They made sure that my health was just as important to them as it is to me. I could not be more thankful for their kindness and support.<br><br>I would like to give a special shout out to James, Rita, and Jacob. I apologize if I am leaving anyone out. Collectively, HB Pharmacy is hands-down, the best Pharmacy experience I have ever had. As they say, the people make the place. And the people have most certainly created a beautiful collaborative working environment that prioritizes the community they serve.
