  This place used to be great. Over the years, however, it's gotten more expensive and understaffed. When the park opens at 10am, the few staff they have spend the first hour swiffering the floor. And yes, it's slippery while they do it. Kids have fallen. Rock climbing and the virtual reality section are closed, no one is working the cafe counter that first hour. You have to track someone down if you need something. Memberships used to include a free snack at every visit; they no longer do. Sadly it's just gone downhill.
