Absolutely horrible. Forget about getting someone on the phone. We have a mian mailbox that has not been open in weeks. There out going mail such as bill payments,rent etc. No one has picked up or delivered mail. Ridiculous

They are the worst. They do not answer their phone and they do not deliver the mail on a regular basis to our office, and when they do deliver the mail they do it at 2:00 in the afternoon before we can get our mail in the basket to go out for the day or they come by at 6:oo p.m. when the office is closed so our mail doesn't get picked up and we don't receive mail. We have time senstive mail and we cannpot keep operating like this. I have complained multiple times to no avail. Yet the USPS wants to raise the price of stamnps again! Give me a break - you should be giving the people stamps for free at this point!!!!!

Worst post office in the country. I never had a package passed thru this location successfully. It's always lost. Post master needs to do an investigation because someone is stealing stuff at this location.

Are you purposely not restocking the stamps until pricing goes up on the 12th , there hasn't been stamps here since at least June 30th , I don't know if that's typical or if there's a cause for concern

Been having my international parcels go through here and Teterboro over the past 12 months, and I can honestly say both of these sorting offices are the most disorganised, incompetent mail sorting offices on the East Coast. "It's not even close." They constantly reroute packages or sit on them for days and quite frequently send them the wrong way or to the wrong regional office and then have to have it come back through again. Whoever manages this place is CLEARLY a few sandwiches short of a picnic. Especially when 90% of the work is done for them on a screen; basic literacy isn't difficult, but yeah, I think that summarises what I think of this place. I genuinely feel sorry for the people who have to put up with this as their local delivery office. I'm no stranger to bad postal services; RM certainly have their days, but the USPS just take it to a new level.
