  This review is for Silver Towers and River Place:<br><br>Ever since Elite Management took over the tennis courts this place went from enjoyable to a complete disaster. First of all, the courts are in the bad shape. The courts are dirty and empty cans and trash are always on the courts. After rain the courts are not being cleaned. However, he gym membership went up from $130 for a family of 2 to $175 per month. The tennis reservations instead of $20 cost $40. And Elite Management wants additional $25 for a guest.<br><br>Seems like the manager by the name MATHEW, who imposed these rules of guest fees doesn't understand the game of tennis. I am sure he has an outstanding background of the personal trainer but somehow it is hard for him to understand that in tennis you need to have at least two people on the court of the same level who have the same schedule.<br><br>That being said, the courts become very expensive...especially if you compare it to at least last year.   We rented an apartment in Washington Heights. I had no issues with the company and 100% of our deposit was refunded to us. The super was nice. There were no roaches or rodents that I saw. The heat was great, we were never cold, and if I did notice a chill the radiators would usually kick on shortly after. Was the place in perfect condition, no, but it's 90 years old. For us it was great and we loved it. And I just want to reiterate that we received 100% of our deposit back! Thank you Elite Management and Orlando. From your friends, the Leinenbachs
