  View masters conducted my home inspection pre-purchase of our house. we experienced water issues and decided to conduct a post home inspection with All States Restoration. They found water damage in the basement walls, water damage near several windows where the window siding was caulked previously, and plaster and repainting on the walls around the windows from prior water damage. I will be conducting a mold inspection next because where there is water, there tends to be mold. NONE of these issues were mentioned in our initial inspection and now we are seeking legal representation to remediate these issues.

  I hired him to inspect my home about 5 years ago. What a mistake it was. He missed so many things that could easily be noticed by a professional inspector. The deck was all rotten from the inside, the shower foundation was completely rotten cause the previous owner built it without a proper waterproofing. Leaking roof, water damage in the foundation. This put me on the verge of a total bankruptcy cause I lost so much money trying to fix this home. Dishonest inspector, realtor, seller. What a total criminal scam! I wish there was a viable option to sue the crap out of all of them.

  Vincent is a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and highly professional individual. My wife and I are first-time home buyers, and he helped us identify numerous important safety issues. He also pointed out the potentially serious liability posed by an underground oil tank on the property we were considering. Thanks to his experience and thoroughness, we avoided a significant risk--the tank was leaking, and we successfully negotiated to have the seller remove it.<br><br>I appreciate Vincent's straightforward approach. At times, he feels like a caring yet firm mentor, quick to emphasize the importance of critical issues, like inspecting the underground storage tank. His guidance was invaluable. Highly recommended!

  I have worked with Vincent for many years now. I refuse to work with any other home inspector. Vinny takes his time in each inspection to capture all big and small issues. I highly recommend View Master!

  We recently called Vincent to do the inspection on a home, and as a first-time home buyer, boy was this the right call! He was incredibly thorough while walking us through the inspection and even post inspection has been very helpful and available for all of my follow-up questions. I would recommend him without hesitation!
