  Ashley is INCREDIBLE! Having dealt with persistent neck and TMJ issues for a long time, I found the specialized upper body and jaw work she provided to be truly life-changing. It is rare to find a therapist who so deeply understands the complexity of true neck tension and TMJ. She is professional, intuitive, and clearly gifted at what she does. In fact, my dentist was so impressed by the lasting relief I felt that she asked for business cards so she could recommend patients to Ashley! If you're looking for a therapist who delivers real results in a warm, welcoming environment, I cannot recommend her enough.

  I have been going to Ashley for massage and guided stretching for over 2 years now and she has been incredible. I credit her with helping me gain flexibility, mobility and strength back and also managing my chronic pain. I have felt consistent improvement over time and look forward to our monthly sessions! Ashley is also very personable, kind, and knowledgeable. I recently started bringing my elderly mother to her too and she has also felt relief in her neck and upper back. Her eyes looked brighter and she breathed deep for the first time in ages. I highly recommend Ashley and tell everyone to see her for massage therapy. Best decision I've made!

  Book the appointment! Every session is so relaxing, but beyond that, Ashley has made such a difference in how I feel overall - less tension, more ease. I can't recommend her enough.

  Ashley has been my therapist for almost a decade now. She's professional, fantastic, and takes the time to understand and any concerns you have about treatment or what you may need addressed. A few years after I started, I urged my husband to see her and now we both see her regularly. As a plus size client, I've been thrilled that Ashley is truly a body positive therapist -- she works with you to put you at ease with either the massage or stretching works she does. At this point, she's able to tell what parts of me need more work better than I do and adjusts her treatment accordingly, always checking in to make sure I'm doing okay. I recommend her services wholeheartedly, and feel like continuing to see her is a critical component of self-care.

  Ashley is incredibly talented! I've seen many massage therapists, but she is the only one who has truly helped alleviate my chronic neck and jaw pain. I used to get migraines all the time, and they've improved so much since I started seeing her. She is incredibly skilled, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her clients. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Highly recommend seeing her. It will be one of the best decisions you make.
