Had them come out for some help with a home automation system that came with our new home. Acar was very professional, helpful and transparent. No BS and no pushy upsell. I'd highly recommend e-home for home automation needs!

E-Home:<br>Acar, the service manager was prompt in giving a proposal and scheduling for work to be done. The technicians Sage and Noah were extremely professional and knowledgable in troubleshooting our issues and got our systems to work beautifully. I would highly recommend E-home for any audio/visual needs.

woke up to a hardware power problem with my system and reached out at 7am on a Sunday - got a call back within minutes and then had highly responsive and constructive remote interactions through the morning. Ultimately needed same-day on-site help , and Noah called right away and got to my apartment v quickly, on a Sunday afternoon. Once here, he was highly effective, explained things clearly, and was also very down-to-earth and nice. Fixed the problem pragmatically and helped devise a longer-term solution.<br><br>Extraordinary service from start to finish. As good as I've experienced. Very happy e-home is covering us now.
