  If you really care about the property you purchase, you definitely should work with the right agent. During our search, I have met many agents and found that many were disappointing in some respect. You need to have the agent that is knowledgeable about the property as well as tenacious and caring. Without the former, the agent won't know the right price/determine reasonableness of many issues that may pop up during the process. Without the latter, the agent will just tell the client to give up if pursuing something will be too much trouble, even if that something is worth a try. Hyunjung was the only agent I met over the last 6 months that had these qualities, and I am grateful that I have closed on my dream home, although the process was not without trouble. She did help us through the process wisely. Thanks Hyunjung!

  Real estate property transaction is nowhere like other everyday transactions. As a first-time homebuyer, I and my wife also could not first understand the need for an agent, attorney, etc., thinking that it adds up too much as transaction cost (although buyers don't directly pay the agent, sellers having to pay for them effectively adds into the purchase price). Having successfully closed our first condo, now we are certain that we were wrong. Hiring a capable real estate agent CAN add a lot of value to the transaction, and oftentimes whether the deal falls through depends on the capabilities of the agent (and attorney).<br>After months of searching, we finally found a property that checks off all of our criteria, but it was a bit above our desired budget. We already knew by that time that even in the current market situation, it is very difficult to get a discount from the ask price, so we were originally going for a unit at a cheaper price.   Hyunjung is such a professional agent. We were finally able to buy a good house due to her experience and knowledge. She guided and supported us from beginning to end with great advice.
