Not only was I unhappy with the care provided recently for my dog, my sister-in-law was too. After 30 plus (?!) years of bringing her pets to Quarrry Ridge, spending who-knows-how-much, they were unable to accommodate a long-term client and her dog for an emergency on a Saturday morning. That's apparently what happens when corporate takes over. Fortunately, we both found another compassionate veterinary practice who values their client.

We've been taking our small dog here for over 5 years. The Quarry Ridge team have always made him comfortable and take. Great care of him. They have a lovely team, and really care about their patients.

Dr. Goldstein was amazing! When our senior dog had to have surgery; we of course were anxious because of his age. Dr. Goldstein calmed our nerves by explaining the procedure step by step. His procedure went smoothly and his incisions healed beautifully! He is three weeks post surgery and doing great!!!!

Scheduled our dog to get spayed. Saw the doctor a week before the spay for another reason. Dr. Says....see you next week for the spay. We had multiple text messages confirming, a phone call the night before. We bring in our stool sample in , organize our schedules for work. Morning of appointment we show up. They cancel our spay. Tell us our dog is too old and could be in heat and bleed out on the table. She was 11 months old. No signs of going into heat. They didn't even look at her. I tell the vet, the breeder assured us that our dog's breed usually has their first heat at 18 months. The vet says, "well he's not a doctor". I remind her that it is his livelihood though, so I'm trusting him. Still they refuse. So, despite the 5 checkpoints leading up to this visit, not one person could have said, oh wait... We won't spay a one year old dog.? They completely destroyed our schedules for a week. No one communicates to each other there and they don't know what they are doing. But, they are

Dr. Amerling is the best vet I've ever seen. We've brought our dog to 5 different vets in 6 years and he is hands down the most caring, knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic of them all.
