It's the service... Severely understaffed. Workers can barely speak English at times. Don't order from here or support the garbage franchise manager. Shame.

I placed an online order for pickup. I was seating outside in the car when I received the alert to come in. At the time there were 3 employees at the store. The one that made my sandwich was a new employee. He was not wearing any gloves and was handling my food. He was unsure on how to cut the sandwich. The employee next to hin was showing him how to cut it properly. Also, wearing no gloves. Now I had two people that were handling my food in front of me with no gloves or make the effort to do something different. Very unsanitary when you work at a food service establishment.
