I called as my bathroom sink was draining so slow. Heidi took my info and was super friendly. She let me know when Jose would be on his way.<br>Jose was awesome! He took his time to go over the different options with me.<br>The sink trap was so clogged- he replaced it with new . My sink drains like a normal sink! He also instructed me on what screen to get to prevent hair from going down the drain.<br>I would feel very comfortable having him do work again at my house.

2nd time using Pepe plumbing, and they sent the same gentlemen, Jose. He's been great each time. Super informative and honest guy. Even calling the office making the appointments is a breeze. Everyone is kind, fast appointments and remains in contact for any updates. Definitely adding to my contacts of reliable services.

The office answers the phone quickly and schedules me quickly. I have been having their service for my Navien boiler and they are very knowledgeable. Not quite happy with their price though. So one star off.

My experience with this situation was concerning. My landlord brought this company in regarding what I believed to be mold and water damage issues connected to an ongoing leak. After I raised concerns that simply painting over possible mold/moisture damage without properly addressing the source of the leak did not seem appropriate, the work was suddenly canceled by the landlord and maintenance team.<br><br>The leak issue still remained unresolved afterward, which was frustrating considering the condition of the apartment. I have since decided to document everything and contact the BBB and appropriate housing/health agencies regarding the situation.

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom sink. Jose was incredibly helpful, answered all our questions, and explained everything he was doing very clearly. Would definitely recommend!

Jose did a great job of diagnosing the problem within an hour and fixing it when two other plumbers weren't able to correctly diagnose the issue. He is very personable and a great asset to the company. Thanks Jose!
