The office staff was not that professional with the Clients of Doctor O' Boemsoak, apparently they were not accepting the Insurance Carrier Provider any longer, and they were suppose to send out a letter to the Client Patients of Doctor O' Beomsoak in advance so that the client could have follow up review evaluations in a timely manner with another Doctor, for Follow up Reviews of the clients patients file transfer of the medical records to another office, so that the Insurance Carrier Provider Service, changed the Doctor who is taking over the Patient Client file in order to maintain proper care of factual previous patient client services rendered this was not done by the Medical Office Once named Riverside Medical Group and now called Optum internal Medicine of Ridgefield Park NJ. If I could give this place no stars, I would. I used to come here when I was younger to see my pediatrician back when this was run as riverside but ever since they changed to Optus, things have been horrible. I was having an allergy attack that wasn't enough to go to the hospital for as I was experiencing more issues with my sinuses and they refused to treat me because I hadn't made an appointment. Every single time I have needed care in this office, they have sent me to urgent care instead. It's even more frustrating that when you do make an appointment, the doctor seems to completely ignore your symptoms and sends you to specialist just to get you out of their hands. When it's not being sent to a specialist, it's being prescribed a medication that has nothing to do with the symptoms. Going here is a complete waste of time.

Doctor didn't care about me at all gave me a 10 minute physical and gave me no after summary. I spent 20 minutes telling him everything wrong with me and just looked at me with a blank stare and told me I needed to see a specialist. Also had to pee for a blood test and there's no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. Definitely switching from this place! Would give 0 stars if I could.
