  This place and these workers are so great. I dont know why they dont have 5 stars. I travel farther to come to this location because they are kind, knowledgable, and we are seen fast. My kids and I definitely recommend!

  So many compliments about this Medical Center. Seems like no one taking any action to fix the issue. I am on hold over 45 minutes again. This is my last visit to this medical group. I don't think even upper management care about this location. Please don't take your kids to this medical center! They really don't care.

  If I can leave a review for overall riverside or whatever they are now I would have put all of this plus more on there. These people are so irresponsible! My child was rescheduled for a pre op and on the day of, 2 hours before his appt they call me to cancel, don't even leave a voicemail, I had to call back and ask why I had two missed calls by them. They then tell me the appt has to be canceled because the office is closed. The call center agent then suggests to call the office and find out why it was really canceled. Apparently they canceled it because the physician who did my sons physical back in aug has to be the doctor who sees him for his preop. Which was never brought up to me. This was the second time I had to schedule with them from the original appt.

  The pediatric office in Ridgefield Park is a mess. The doctors are good but the staff is horrible. They want parents to send emails when their child is sick but then they take days to respond sometimes. They don't answer phones and they don't schedule appointments properly so patients always end up waiting an hour or more after their scheduled appointment time. They also don't fax records upon request (something which every medical office should be able to do).

  Week of 1/3 - last visit. The service here is questionable, front office is not dependable with direction they provide. Long wait time, lack of courtesy and poor patient service. They need a MAJOR infrastructure - remodel of their entire office staff and professionals working there. You cannot play with health care matters or just do the bare minimum in the service or diagnosis you provide to a patient. Certain matters require follow-up and more profound treatment plans. They function like a "clinic on wheels" / "drive-by" service. It's a malpractice waiting to happen. Been a patient there since they opened in Ridgefield Park and have seen the decline through the years. No longer there but need to warn to avoid others from experiencing the same. Good luck.
