Yael, Marilyn and the rest of her team were nothing short of superb! They answered queries swiftly, and kept me updated about my application status. This is the 6th time that my family has dealt with FM Loans and every single time we have been left quite satisfied with the experience.

We had a great experience with Yael and her team. We were working within a tight budget and a tight timetable, and they managed to pull it through for us. We were in touch with our processor Tabitha on almost daily basis. Every one we spoke to was very professional, and yet still understanding and willing to break everything down to the last detail. Yael herself gave us the feelimg that she was there for us, and would help us pull it through. Thank you so much for such a smooth experience!

I had an Exceptional Experience with FN Mortgage Company.<br>Working with Yael Ishakis was an absolute game changer. From the very first conversation, Yael's professionalism, deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, and genuine care for her clients stood out. She took the time to explain every option in detail, making sure I fully understood each step of the process. Hannah structured the file with perfection, which was crucial in the completion of the loan. Tabitha was very instrumental, during the entire process. She satisfied 99% of stipulations which allowed the loan to be closed within three DAYS!!!! Time was the essence due to the fact I needed the funds to pay off my purchase for my primary residence.<br><br>What impressed me most was their ability to combine efficiency with warmth nothing ever felt rushed or transactional.
