  Major billing discrepancies and misleading pricing. I drove an hour specifically for upfront pricing to avoid surprise costs, but what was billed completely contradicted what was confirmed.I verified my booking details twice. I stated upfront that I was receiving Large Boho Knotless Braids, waist length, half color four and half color thirty, including one bundle of human hair. I directly showed the stylist the written service description to verify that the booking total included the hair and color selection before we started.Midway through my appointment, management came in, spoke privately with the stylist, and the stylist immediately asked if I wanted any changes. I confirmed everything was fine, assuming this was routine.The pricing breakdown was completely altered at check out. Based on my initial quote of two hundred seventy-six dollars and seventy-five cents minus my one hundred ten dollar and seventy cent deposit, my remaining balance was supposed to be exactly one hundred sixt

We do want to clarify several important points because the description of what occurred does not accurately reflect the appointment or our pricing.<br><br>At the time of your booking, the service description stated that the braiding hair was included and that the style could use up to one bundle of human hair, which could be purchased at the salon if desired.   10/10 experience! I went for a Luxe Spa Pedicure and Neli was fantastic! She made me feel so comfortable and she was so sweet and she did an excellent job! All the staff were friendly and the parlor is gorgeous, will definitely be returning for other services!

  I came to this lovely place to get waxing and a Russian manicure and pedicure. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and I enjoyed my experience. Nely and Natia did a great job on my waxing and mani/ pedi.

  This place is amazing! They're honestly all so sweet here. I found them on TikTok and decided to try them out. I came and the owner welcomed me with open arms. She booked me a Russian manicure with soft gel extension with Natia. Natia was incredible. Her attention to detail is insane. She makes sure regardless of what you get that it looks as beautiful as you want it. She did not disappoint. I will definitely be coming back!
