  I am very satisfied with Dr. Latorre. He listens to you with how you feeling and then he gives you his opinion. He is very concerned about his patients.

  worst practice ever!!! my mom goes there and we love her doctor and eliana it's very helpful but unfortunately the staff in the front desk is very unprofessional, unorganized, rude , unhelpful, they take forever to answer the phones and when they answer they give you an attitude. Very frustrating

  Been going there for years & my parents too! Love the doctors. Only nurse that is great is liliana. But is true they do take forever to answer the phone and it's impossible to talk to them .

  I left that office because the staff was completely unprofessional! And almost 5 years later nothing has changed. My mom had an appointment and she was given prescription to get an MRI done, she's been in pain needing to get this done and a week passes by and no authorization from the insurance, I call the insurance only to find out the office never submitted the request and paperwork and therefore the case was denied. Called the office and was told to wait until the dr was not busy to find out if she really needed the MRI, really? Two days later and the doctor is still busy and mom still in pain. Without being disrespectful this has been the worst service I've ever experienced at a professional level. There is no concern for the patient, staff is rude, keep you waiting for a long time on the phone, and during appointments. I would NOT recommend anyone to come to this office unless you want to have a bad experience!
