  David and the entire service department at Mercedes Benz of Benzel-Busch are exceptional. From the moment I brought my car in, David made sure I was taken care of and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He genuinely cares about his customers and always makes himself available when I have a question or need assistance. The level of service and personal attention I receive here is a big reason why I continue to bring my vehicle back. Five stars all around!

  I recently purchased a car from Benzel-Busch Motorcar in Englewood, NJ, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Douglas Ryan for his outstanding service. He walked me through the entire process with so much patience, even though I had a bit of an ordeal along the way.<br><br>Douglas made sure I stayed within my budget and didn't try to steer me toward anything that wasn't in my best interest. He also got me the best possible deal on my trade-in. He really knows his cars and knows the deals, and his advice always felt honest and geared toward what actually benefited me as the buyer. His support didn't stop after I signed -- he continued to provide excellent service even after the purchase.<br><br>If you're in the market to buy or lease a car, I highly recommend asking for Douglas Ryan. He's patient, knowledgeable, and truly a well-rounded, top-notch employee at Benzel-Busch Motorcar.

  I can't say enough good things about David and his team at Mercedes Benz of Benzel-Busch. When my vehicle needed a repair, they went above and beyond to accommodate me and make the entire process as easy and stress free as possible. David is always responsive, helpful, and available whenever I need support. It's rare to find this level of customer service, and it's one of the main reasons I continue to trust Benzel-Busch with my vehicle. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me and highly recommend David and his team!

  Recently purchased a MB GlS 600 and got scan by Ptg 365 Brandon Medford and Richard Palm. As a customer never walk out without you signed documents in hand. This people make you sign documents in a table then never give you a print out so afterworks changed it to extend your terms and make more money in the back in. Please be very careful with this people they are very sketchy
