  There are no words for this place. It truly is a family. Michele and Jonathan go above and beyond for the students, the teachers and the parents. I have three children and my older two I sent to the big expensive daycares and they had a horrible time. With my last child I decided to go with TAKE MY HAND, a family owned daycare. From the moment we first visited , 3 years ago, my daughter felt at home. She has been there from the baby room all the way up to the 3s. Each teacher truly loves and cares for the children like they are their own. And they are all long term staff members, which is unheard of in this industry. My daughter calls her school "Home" and I'm so sad we to have to leave.

  My daughter has been attending Take My Hand since May 2023, and words cannot express how grateful we are for this wonderful school. Over the past three years, we have watched our child grow, learn, and thrive in ways we never imagined. Going to school has truly become her absolute favorite part of the day.<br><br>The entire staff cares for the children with genuine love, devotion, and patience. It has been amazing to witness not just her academic progress, but her immense growth in character and emotional maturity.<br><br>Communication with Michelle and Jonathan is always seamless. They work beautifully together to understand and support the children. Huge thanks to Ms. Nichole, Ms. Dorothy, Ms. Crystal, Ms. Rosemary, Ms. Gladys, and Ms. Diana for everything you have done.   We highly recommend Take My Hand. Our daughter has been attending since she was 1 year old and all the teachers have been attentive, warm, and caring. We love that it's a family owned business and Michele and Jonathan are responsive and available whenever you need anything.

  Take My Hand is a truly special place and a hidden gem.<br><br>Both of my children attended Take My Hand. My son for two years and my daughter started at just 4 months old until Pre-K. After moving from Brooklyn and experiencing several daycare settings, this one was different in the best way.<br><br>The space may not be the most modern or flashy, but the love, warmth, and care here are exceptional. The teachers are deeply attentive and genuinely present with the kids. Both of my children loved going there, which says everything.<br><br>Ms. Crystal, Ms. Dorothy, and Ms. Nicole are incredible; kind, nurturing, and consistent. Take My Hand is family owned, and the owners, Michele and Jonathan, are thoughtful, communicative, and truly invested in the children, families, and staff. The fact that so many teachers have been there for years speaks volumes about the culture.<br><br>My daughter spent much of her early childhood here, and it truly became her home away from home.   We couldn't be happier with our experience at Take My Hand! The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive -- they truly know each child as an individual.   My son is about to graduate Take My Hand after being there for almost 4 years and I can't say enough good things about them. He will miss the teachers and the school so much because they've all made him feel safe and welcome. TMH has prepared him well for the transition to kindergarten and he is ready with all the important basics (letters, numbers, practice with sustained attention, etc). They've been around for 40+ years for a reason and they're wonderful at taking care of kiddos.
