  $75 for gel pedicure! Ridiculous. They charge $30 for gel. The whole bottle does not cost that much. That is unacceptable. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

  BEWARE of this place. I came here back in 2023. When I first entered , I was greeted by one of the ladies. I told her I was looking to get a full set, short nails just one solid color and no design. She said it would cost $100, maybe because I am a poc or for whatever reason, she asked if I could afford that. I thought that was very rude. I should've left at that point but I stayed. I got my full set, which the lady kept burning me the whole time which has never happened to me. She ended up doing an absolute horrible job. My nails were uneven and just looked terrible. I went up to pay and was only going to leave a $10 tip since I was not satisfied. The lady then guilted me for only leaving $10 tip- in front of everybody. Such a horrible experience and I would never come back here. I wish I would've spoken up at the time but I am not a confrontational person and can be quite shy.

  I came in as a walk-in and first time customer, but this is the last time I will come here. I came in for a mani/pedi which they sat me immediately and started on my toes (which came out fine.) The manicure was horrible though, my nail tech was aggressive and cut my cuticles three times, and when they started bleeding she didn't apologize or say anything just cleaned up the blood. Please don't come here, especially if you're a POC person because I was watching the other customers and the quality of nails was noticeable different. Extremely disappointed and a waste of 55 dollars (65 dollars because i still tipped them.)

  I enjoyed my time at Trillium. My nail tech was very professional, friendly and attentive. The other nail techs were nice too they helped me picked a color and I knew I wanted pink but in between shades of which one. My nails came out cute the shape was great and I even gave the mini shoulder massage at the end which is hard to find now a days. I recommend and can't wait to go back.

  Save your money and go somewhere else. I only went in for a soak off. When I sat down the girl was on her phone texting, didn't even look at me or say hello. I should've just left from the jump but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She starts drilling off the color on my nails and she had the drill WAAAY too high. She gets to my index finger and cuts the side of my nail. I was bleeding pretty bad and she didn't even throw away or clean the drill bit!! I can tolerate pain pretty well but I was almost in tears, that's how deep she cut me. The manager comes over and I tell her what happened. Thankfully, she was very understanding, And took pictures of my finger to send to her boss. the service goes on and the girl is huffing and puffing with an attitude now because I told her manager what happened. She didn't even cut down my nails. I never wanted to leave a salon so fast. I hope they went back in the cameras to see how high that drill was and how she didn't clean or throw away the dri
