Let's just say that the crew at flagship went above and beyond. We have a labrador retriever, and her hair was all over. It was spotless by the time they were done with it, and they did it quickly and meticulously.

Since new ownership the only guarantee you get is a wet vehicle. There is zero attention to detail especially on the interior. I've driven away several times only to notice dirty streaks, completely missed spots on the exterior, windows half clean, and absence of tire dressing. Don't waste your money.

Most of the time they only have 2 to 3 lanes open out of 9 lanes. Wait times are very long to get the interior cleaned.

Employees at gate were very helpful in assisting me with my coupon and guys at end were quick to dry and very cheerful
