  Roderick did an absolutely beautiful job of plastering and painting my apartment. His attention to detail and his deep care and respect for his customers is unmatched. Not only did he do an amazing job, his communication, his dependability and his kind, confident can-do/we got you attitude made me feel safe and secure in the knowledge that I hired the absolutely perfect man for the job. And not only that, his prices were reasonable and realistic. He didn't try to gouge me. I would hire Roderick again and again, and would recommend him highly to anyone.

  First let me say he was the least expensive from the other painters. Extremely affable, willing to please. I have already referred them to neighbors. Hard work, wiling to accommodate any request. Always 2 coats. Any discount on paint purchase is given to the customer. In this project, paint was included in the deal. I paid $4000 to paint 1300 sq. ft. condo, 2 BR 2 bath, etc. no closets because we have California Closets in all so painting was not needed in closets. Other painters wanted $8500 to $6500 for same job. I strongly recommend Rod Copeland for any painting project you have. He is also a very nice guy.<br>-Jeff.

  Kash1 construction knocked it out of the park again!!! I had a new chandelier installed in my foyer and I wanted to make the area pop. They painted the foyer and put up a picture frame molding. They patched a hole in my wall and even helped me with a color scheme. Thank you again Kash1.

  Exceeded my expectations. Hired them to do a job after giving up on searching for a contractor, was referred by a friend of mines but wasn't really sure based off of the vision I had for the job. Sometimes when you visualize something it doesn't hardly come out the way you expect mainly because it's your vision but once the job was done I was shocked, they didn't only do it the way I asked but they put their spin on it which they explained to me but I still had a hard time understanding so I rolled the dice and let me tell you I'd hire them for any job. They are now my go to company, the owners down to earth and very nice. Listens and pays attention to details. The whole crew is sharp and knowledgeable on every task. Great job Kash 1, If you have a project trust and believe this company is who you need.
