I'm so grateful to Dr. Riftine for the care she gave me throughout my pregnancy and delivery. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for.<br><br>She always took the time to answer my questions and explain everything in a way that made me feel reassured. During delivery, her calm and confident presence helped me feel safe and supported, and that meant so much to me during such an emotional moment.<br><br>I had such a positive birth experience, and I truly believe Dr. Riftine played a huge part in that. I will always be thankful for her kindness, compassion, and the amazing care she gave both me and my baby. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an OB/GYN who truly cares about her patients.

I just had a very upsetting experience with this gynecology office. The office called me to reschedule my appointment. During the call, I simply asked if there was an earlier appointment available and asked a few additional questions about the dates and times.<br><br>Instead of answering my questions professionally, Selene became angry, raised her voice, and spoke to me very disrespectfully. I was not arguing or demanding a specific appointment--I was only asking about the available options. And yes I am worry about my pregnancy!<br><br>I understand that appointments may be limited, but there is absolutely no reason for a staff member to yell at a patient just for asking questions. This was the first time I have ever ended a phone conversation with a doctor's office in tears.<br><br>Patients deserve to be treated with kindness, patience, and respect, especially in a gynecology office where people may already be dealing with stressful and sensitive situations. I am extremely disappointe

The doctor had no respect for me at all. She made fun of my problem.<br><br>I left feeling that my time was not respected and that my primary concerns were not adequately addressed.<br>It appears that patients are primarily scheduled with the nurse practitioner.<br>I do not recommend this doctor.

Clean office, nice staff, Dr. Julia was very warm, welcoming and easy to talk to, as well as her staff.
